It’s SO important to look at your confidence level and what your mind is thinking throughout the day.

Are you strutting your beautiful stuff everywhere you go? Or do you feel a little lackluster lately?

Self hatred is a slippery slope. We can nitpick our bodies, where we are at in our careers, our ability to be deeply loved so often throughout the day, that we believe it.

Once we believe it, we make the story true. And it comes true.

I recently sat down with my AMAZING client, Colleen Baughn, and we talked about getting off yo-yo diets and into the best physique and body of your life!

The hard truth is when we are in and out of ‘diets’, we are not balanced in our bodies.

Our minerals and hormones are out of whack. And this wreaks havoc on our personal relationships. We can’t see things clearly. Fear, rage, sadness…emotions that are so low on the energetic scale take over when we are out of balance.

Imbalance shows up on our faces, in our skin, how we show up on a date and at that board meeting.

To make true muscle gains, lose fat and recomp your body, while remaining confident and truly happy with yourself takes a real strategy.
