Before becoming a coach, I worked in the nutrition & wellness space as a consultant. I loved what I was doing, but I was barely making ends meet. I remember making a call to a friend, asking to borrow $20 for gas, so I could drive to work; I was working full time and couldn’t pay for gas. I was building $10,000 wellness plans for clients that I couldn’t afford. But I was living my best life. I was happy. I was vibrant. I felt alive and excited for each day.
It was then that I realized…I wanted to build my own coaching business and help even more people achieve this life of bliss. I did just that. And I also started working 24/7. I was transforming my clients’ lives, I was hitting my financial goals, but my wellness and personal relationships were crumbling.
I remember looking in the mirror one day and not recognizing myself. I felt disconnected to my body, my heart, my purpose. I was terrified that I would lose my business if I took a moment for self care. But I was even more terrified of being unable to find my joy again. I was terrified that I lost my true north.
I decided to take a break and focus on myself so I could eventually help people in a bigger way. Not only did I not lose my business, but it came back stronger and brighter than before. I became even more aligned with my heart and my personal bliss. I became one of my best success stories. I learned that you only achieve results when you are truly invested and make a radical decision to change. I was doing myself, everyone in my life and my clients a disservice by not addressing my heart! After this breakthrough, I have refined a strategy to help my clients reach the next level of emotional, physical and spiritual alignment.
Working with Kelsy last Spring was an expanding experience that allowed me to develop my purpose on an even deeper level. I am grateful for our work together, and so happy to be in this place today, sharing my mission and igniting souls around the world through virtual and in-person connections.

Kelsy is extremely knowledgeable about setting up your business, about identifying your target market, and about how to reach out to them with the most up to date methods and I believe her course is as good as it gets in terms of content. But to be honest, for me I already had a funnel set up and was running FB ads but wasn’t getting a lot of calls. I now have a better funnel set up and Facebook Ads working. I signed 5 clients within a couple of weeks which was really exciting and am continually building on this momentum.
